IdentifiabilityAnalysis is a Mathematica application that provides highly efficient functions for performing identifiability and observability analysis of large dynamic models.

Structural identifiability of a parametrized dynamic model is an important prerequisite for any parameter estimation procedure to return a sensible result. This property refers to the idealized situation that given perfect knowledge about the system’s inputs and outputs the parameters can be uniquely determined.
